Global learning Courses

Over the past two years, I've had the honor of taking multiple GL courses at FIU. My two favorite GL courses are People, place, and, the environment of Asia, that I took this semester with Dr. Young  Rae Choi and Japanese culture and society with Kubota sensei over the summer.

GEA3704-People, Place, and, the environment of Asia. In the class, I had the opportunity to participate in a coil virtual exchange where we connected with students from Sophia University in Japan. It simply was amazing to interact and have an open discussion with them and interchange cross-cultural perspectives.
